Our 9-Step
Brand Design Process

Our standard brand design package takes between 3-5 weeks to complete, and a website package is

9-12 weeks. We ensure we are aligned with your vision through beginning with an in-depth discovery process, and presenting multiple branding concepts and opportunities for input and feedback. You’ll have two rounds of revisions to perfect your brand, guaranteeing it meets your expectations before we deliver the final assets.

Here are the steps we follow to ensure we have a smooth, stress-free process together:

1. Email me to receive my brand kit

View my brand services and see what suits your needs.

2. Chat

We have a quick call (or coffee if you’re free and in Singapore!) where you tell me about you, your brand, background, and business requirements, and I can answer any questions regarding myself, my background and approach, and we see if we’re a good fit to work together.

3. Your Welcome Kit

I email you your Welcome Kit containing your Brand Discovery Form to fill in so we pinpoint what your brand is all about, and also cover our terms of agreement. When you sign and pay the 50% upfront we can get cracking with the design process!

4. Research and Moodboard

I use the Brand Discovery Form and a shared pinterest board to research your industry and competitors, and collate lots of visuals to get inspired. I edit them down to create a Moodboard that shows a representation of how your brand will look. This will cover colours, fonts, photography and any other relevant visual brand elements, such as illustration and pattern. After a review and any revisions we proceed with the design stage.

5. Brand Concepts

Using info and your feedback from the Brand Discovery Form and Moodboard stages I create a Brand Concept which will show logos, colours, patterns and images in context, eg on business cards, instagram templates and other relevant mockups.

6. Review and Refine

We have a catch up to run through the Brand Concept, after which I make any necessary refinements and we work together to ensure the brand is aligned with you and your consumer.

7. Marketing Collateral

Once we have your professional new brand, we bring it to life through carrying it across all your business touchpoints. I create your new branded Marketing Collateral pieces. The scope of these depend on the package you choose but typically include:

• Business cards

• Flyer

• Social Templates

• Stationary

8. Handover

I compile all your brand elements into a kit. This includes your Brand Style Guide so you feel confident using your new brand, and all logo files in PNG, Jpeg and .ai format. The remaining 50% is to be paid before you receive your brand kit with the final files. 9) Your Brand Launch You now have a professional, strategic and stylish new brand to launch and start attracting your dream clients! It’s not goodbye though as I’m always here for any additional support down the road and to keep cheering you and your business on!
